Our heat pump was running constantly but not cooling the house well. We contacted John Lamb & Son and scheduled an appointment within a few days. They arrived promptly, worked quickly, were polite and took the time to explain everything and answer any questions. They found a few small problems in our system, but recommended that we should not make repairs. Repairs would have been expensive and our unit was probably nearing the end of its life anyway. So, they recharged the coolant and everything has been working great.

Charged me a service call charge plus a $95 per hour rate for the trip to get parts that were not on their truck. Although I thought that was excessive, but my heat pump works like new and, after all, that is the most important thing.
