About us
We are a Technology Company that provides Sales, Service and Maintenance to Individuals, Small and Medium Businesses. With five Dell, Microsoft, Juniper, Panasonic and Cisco certified engineers, we cover the Chester, Delaware, Berks, Dauphin and Lancaster Counties in Pennsylvania and Northern Delaware. On larger projects we will use additional staff and subcontractors. Our fee is $5.00 for any call-out and estimate to cover fuel charges. Our rate is $85.00 per hour and a majority of our calls are resolved within 3 hours. We offer Bench repair service at a fixed rate of $300.00. Our 30 day warranty insures you will not be charged again for any additional revisits should the same problem persists. We do not stock parts for every system, but we can have them within 1 to 3 days. We also offer services that insure scheduled maintenance and unscheduled service calls. We have a certified and knowldgable staff available for special projects including designing solutions, installation, configuration and project managment.
