About us

We are a Technology Company that provides Sales, Service and Maintenance to Individuals, Small and Medium Businesses. With five Dell, Microsoft, Juniper, Panasonic and Cisco certified engineers, we cover the Chester, Delaware, Berks, Dauphin and Lancaster Counties in Pennsylvania and Northern Delaware. On larger projects we will use additional staff and subcontractors. Our fee is $5.00 for any call-out and estimate to cover fuel charges. Our rate is $85.00 per hour and a majority of our calls are resolved within 3 hours. We offer Bench repair service at a fixed rate of $300.00. Our 30 day warranty insures you will not be charged again for any additional revisits should the same problem persists. We do not stock parts for every system, but we can have them within 1 to 3 days. We also offer services that insure scheduled maintenance and unscheduled service calls. We have a certified and knowldgable staff available for special projects including designing solutions, installation, configuration and project managment.

Jerry was great. My operating system crashed. I did not have recovery discs.  It was a lot of work to restore but he did it!  He saved all our files and was able to recover everything from the hard drive.

The ordering took a while but that wasn't his fault. He actually came to my home to pick up the computer and he dropped it off. He explained everything which was nice. He didn't do anything without asking me first. He lives near me and it is nice to know that I now have someone because I didn't before. It is a nice feeling.

Jerry called back within an hour of my first contact with the company.  We set an appointment for the next day and Jerry was a few minutes late (primarily due to his GPS giving him incorrect directions).Within very few minutes he had the primary reason for my call - Internet problem - solved.  He then updated a couple of programs and adjusted a software conflict that I was unaware of.
He was professional and courteous and instructive.
We will definitely have Jerry return for future problems and have him "tune-up" the computers on a regular basis.
I would strongly recommend Jerry's Computer Service.

He called and told me that he was running behind but would be at the house in another 15 minutes. I always appreciate when a person lets me know if they are going to be late, and he did that. He worked for about 2 hours and kept me informed of the procedures he was doing on the computer. I went on the computer before he left, so I would know that everything was in working order.

He is a beta tester for Microsoft, meaning he has specialty tools to update those with Windows. He is quite outstanding to work with.
