They come out twice a year. They charge each time they come out. We did the checking and his price is more than reasonable for the amount of service that he gives.

We were about to leave on vacation and suddenly found that our water heater was leaking. It was on a Saturday and he actually came right away. He didn't charge us extra either to come out on Saturday. It must have been within the hour that he was here to look at it. He basically turned it off and did a quick fix so that it would be good until we got back from vacation. They came and finished the job after we got back from vacation.

I called and left a message for Craig D. Reynolds Plumbing and Heating, Inc. on Friday night of Fourth of July weekend that my central A/C was not working. As I have asthma, and we were in a very hot and humid weather pattern, I was somewhat panicked. The owner's wife, Linda returned my call at about 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. She listened to my situation politely, then apologized that Craig could not come out during the holiday weekend. She scheduled me for the first available appointment on Monday between 12-2 p.m. Linda called to confirm Monday morning at about 9 a.m.
Craig arrived at 1:00 p.m., checked the thermostat upstairs, checked the circuit breaker in the basement, then went outside to the condenser. Within 5 or 10 minutes, Craig had diagnosed the problem, replaced a relatively inexpensive part (the dual capacitor) and I heard my A/C switch on! The total cost of this service came to $169.00: $71 for the part, $98 for the service call.
Craig was professional, polite, and very understanding. He explained how to keep my unit running well, what problems to look for in the attic where the indoor part of the unit is located, and what to do if any of those problems exist. When I asked, he told me he charges $124.00 for an A/C tune-up that includes checking all parts and Freon levels. He was not trying to run-up my bill: he actually told me that he likes to perform tune-ups when the weather is around 70 degrees (i.e. not 90 degrees like today).
I highly recommend this company. Craig and Linda are accommodating, professional, reasonably priced, and easy to work with!

Contacted their office around 1:30 pm and expected to service the next day. Craig came out same afternoon and took care of the problem. Price was very reasonable for the work done. Definitely will use this company again.

We've used Craig's services on several occasions. Recently, the pipe leading into our Water Heater started leaking on a Saturday morning. We called and left a message. They responded within 30 minutes. He came out and needed a part for the Water Heater. He made a temporary repair which got us through the weekend. He had it repaired with a new part by Tuesday afternoon. We've used their services to maintain our HVAC system, repair a shower leak and add new fixtures. They are always on time and on budget. We highly recommend their services.

Installed damaged damper in duct work effectively breeching the separation between heating and cooling zones in house. Installed furnace air intake and exhaust piping backwards. Failed to connect sewer vent piping causing rainwater to leak in attic and ruining ceiling. Cross-threaded the PRV in the hot water heater causing a leak in the basement. Costs above are costs to repair original work done.
