Charles Slover Inc
About us
I am the only employee of my business. On large jobs , I have several contractors which I use on a regular basis, Some complete different phases of the job ( my subs) and others help me with the complete the main parts of the job. I work on the jobs personally. I use subs for plumbing, electrical, ceramic tile, HVAC, etc. My expertise is in carpentry. I do the estimates, organize the job, and basically run the job. I have access to an interior designer if needed such as for kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels and the overall design integrity of the job. I also do drawings for most of the jobs as needed for permits unless an architect is required. In most cases I am able to get drawings stamped by an Engineer. My contracts are fairly detailed as to how the job will be done and the details of each phase so there is no confusion as to what is included and what is not. If change orders are needed, then a price will be estimated and agreed on before proceeding with that detail. The contract will be separated into phases or basically breaking the job down into smaller jobs. A large job could have up to six payments. A small job may have only two. I do not provide financing. Months later when I had to contact him for information about the skylight prices for my taxes, he immediately emailed back what I needed to file properly.
We have not had any problems with leaks since having this work done. I would use him again on a future project.
