ONE SMART COOKIE

I called One Smart Cookie two months in advance to have them quote the event; they called me back within two hours with a quote that was surprisingly low.  The menu was to be to serve 40 people with breaded baked chicken fillets, mixed vegetables, two large premium salads with two different dressings, mashed potatoes, rolls, and two large trays of stuffed shells for 20 people.  When placing the order, they asked what type of heat source I was going to use; I didn't know so they offered to lend me their electric heaters at no charge, I only had to clean and return them the next day.  Their delivery driver showed up 30 minutes early just to make sure that everything was setup in time.  He did all the setup and was gone in no time.
A month later, the guest (and my Gram) are still talking about the food.  Everything was amazing, especially the shells and the pear salad, and I was glad that I bought take-home dishes as there were plenty of leftovers even though most people had multiple plates.  One Smart Cookie did a great job and helped make my gram's 90th a memorable one for all.
