The property is a rental so I had to communicate long distance. I called Roland Krebs and he gave me his hourly rate and an appointment was made for him to access the problem. After that he called and told me what he needed to do to repair and gave me the price. I agreed and the next day all the work was done. He was efficient, competent and very professional. He did not demand money upfront and I am waiting for an invoice for the work from him in order to pay. I was very happy with this experience.
