My car started sputtering out of the blue and was barely drivable. Being new to the area, I was nervous about taking my car to anyone except the dealer but then I remembered that my grandfather went to Kim many years prior and was happy so I gave him a call Friday morning and explained my issue and asked if he would be able to look at my car. Kim told be to bring it over and he would take a look. I had it over to him a few minutes later and we discussed what was going on. Before I left, he asked if I needed a ride home but I did not.
A few hours later, Kim called to let me know that my car was finished and ready to pick up. He found that the a coil and spark plug were bad and needed to be replaced. He even kept the old parts that he removed to show me and he mentioned that the coiled looked to be the original.
This first experience with Keefer's Garage will have me returning for all my car needs in the future.

Kim is great. He diagnosed the problem late that day and had the problem fixed early the next day.
