Dave and his assistant came in very professional. Listened to what was going on with our unit, came same day and within an hour. Most definitely use him again!

Dave was on time, fast and professional. He came out to give us an estimate and returned to install the unit no more than a week later. It seemed like a fairly simple job, but did require some drilling through the foundation. Dave also offered to come back after we had other work done in order to check to make sure that everything was still running ok.

Dave installed a heat pump/AC unit in my home. I spent ~ $7,000 on the unit. A few months later, I had water IN my basement leaking from the unit. Icontacted Dave and he came out to fix it. My husband heard him tell his partner that he needed freon. He forgot to put freon in the unit when he installed it. He had to come out several more times for more issues. Then it came to the point where he was not returning our calls so we had to call someone else and pay a lot of money to repair what Dave installed. He put the fan piece on backwards. The worst part of everything, The warranty is good for 5 years, but starts from when it was manufactured - he installed it in December, 2008 and it was manufactured in 2006 - sat around for ~ 3 years and I only then had 2 year warranty. We were just told last week that more repairs are needed and they will start in the price range of $1,800 - $3,000 - we are purchasing a new system because Dave doesn't know what he is doing

When I noticed that the A/C wasn't cooling the house down I went outside and found that the fan on the A/C unit wasn't turning.

I called Dave's Heating and Cooling as they had installed the unit about 10 years prior and they were out to the house after a couple of hours. Based on the issue of the fan not turning they knew exactly what the problem was and quickly replaced a single capacitor in the unit and had the A/C up and running again within minutes.

Same day service and a really quick resolution to the issue gets a big thumbs up from me.

Your telephone call will be answered by an actual person - not a machine. Normally they will get to you on the same day you call, but in really busy times you may wait a day or so. However, Dave and his brother really, really know what they're doing, and it's worth the small wait. He will call you and make sure someone's home and not just show up unexpectedly. Once there, he gets right to the task and does not waste any unnecessary time. You will not have to call him back a second time for something that wasn't done right the first time. His price is a little bit high (not excessive) but you have called the right guy for the job, which is very reassuring. I would recommend Dave to anyone. He is trustworthy and reliable. We will eventually need to replace our A/C unit, and I will not hesitate to hire Dave for the job. He's a class act. We have also used him for furnace service, and he's great!
