Appliance Repair
I have a home warranty that farms out Zip for some of their work. Zip took a look at it and said it would take 4 days to get the part. It seems like they did not order the part as they keep saying it is not in and have not answered calls on the service as well. There is standing water in the washer that has ruined clothes and there is a strong smell in our home now, I asked them to come and drain the water and they tried to charge an additional fee of $110.00. It has been 18 days and counting since the washer broke. This the worst service I have encountered in any home repair context.
