VIP Grout & Tile Concepts

Len Villarose, the owner, was very prompt, dependable, and knowledgeable. and got the job done ASAP. He was also very friendly. The young men he sent were also very pleasant, accommodating, and professional. The did a very good job with the floors in each bathroom, and mostly OK in the shower stall. The stall shower floor required extensive re-grout and look good afterwards. However, the stall shower walls are so-so, mostly looking good, but with some areas where grout is uneven or not cleaned up. Oictures of the bathroom and shower floor show the good work, and photos of the walls show the deficiencies. Although I rate them A in all but one category, the one B is for quality, and that is most important for me- so B, overall.

They never returned my call.

We had our bathroom renovated a few years back, and the shower floor was poorly done; it looked uneven and did not drain properly. We had a number of contractors in, most of whom said they would have to do an extensive "rip out" of existing structures. Lenny appraised the situation and did not feel such a plan was warranted. Their price was in the middle of our six estimates. However, I got the feeling that their experience and skill was the best. I was definitely right on that one. They showed up on time, and completed the job in the estimated time. The shower looks great and functions perfectly. If you have a complicated job and need highly skilled tile guys, you will be happy you chose VIP tile.

VIP did a wonderful job. They understood what was needed and professionally went about the job. The price was as stated, they were clean and even was flexible enough to handle additional request. I wish we had used them in the 1st place and save myself a lot of problems.

Two work people showed up on time. They were professional and neat. They both worked together well, trustworthy and paid attention to small details. I would definately recommend them and hire them again if needed. Thanks Lenny.

Only 4 hours later, it looks as if they just built a brand new bathroom! Billy and Shauna were very professional, kind, and friendly! They went above and beyond, really paying attention to detail. Didn’t leave one spot unfinished and gave us great tips for maintaining the cleanliness.

Extremely well, in and out in 1 day, floors look great. I had no idea that the service that he provided would come out to look so good.

I called Len up on Monday, October 23, 2017 and explained what I thought I needed. He said he would be working near me on Tuesday October 24th and could come and take a look around noon. He showed up right on time and explained the tiles were loose and needed more than re-grouting. He explained that more than likely something was wrong with the floor under the tile. He would know more when he took up the tiles. We agreed upon a price and he said they could do the job Wednesday morning, October 25th. Len and Bill showed up at 8:30 Wednesday morning and when he popped up 3 floor tiles he found that the cement board floor needed to be screwed down better. They secured the floor with the proper screws, re-cemented the tiles, and re-grouted with a matching grout. They also put a sealer in the grout to help protect the floor and keep it clean. They were extremely clean and efficient and completed the job in 3 1/2 hrs. I would definitely use VIP Grout & Tile Concepts again.

Everything went great. I'm a designer, so im particular! These guys know their stuff, arrive as planned, and do as said. Would definitely hire again.
