Michael and his team did a fantastic job! The floors look amazing, and he was very communicative during the process. At one point, he even called us to let us know that the floors downstairs were turning out to be more of a honey color than the reddish color expected (which was fine--we wanted the floors to be the natural colors of the wood). We were impressed by his helpfulness, honesty, and friendliness. We would absolutely use Skandia Floors again.
