+ 0 moreMichael and his team did a fantastic job! The floors look amazing, and he was very communicative during the process. At one point, he even called us to let us know that the floors downstairs were turning out to be more of a honey color than the reddish color expected (which was fine--we wanted the floors to be the natural colors of the wood). We were impressed by his helpfulness, honesty, and friendliness. We would absolutely use Skandia Floors again.
Description of Work: Skandia sanded approximately 1400 sq feet of pine and oak floors on three floors of a residential home. They also did two staircases. They sealed the floors with a low-VOC waterborne polyurethane.
