Very well. The work was done on time and with friendly competent installers. I will use Roman carpet in the future for carpet or furniture. Very reasonable and fair prices!

Where do I start!? From start to finish Sam and his associates were great. Professional from start to finish, offered me various styles of carpet within my price range, expedited the install on short notice and the price was definiteky right. I can tell he takes pride in his business and assures quality work. He definitely delivered! And we will absolutely be using his business for the rest of the floor work in my mother-in-law's home. If it wasn't for Angie's list I never would have found this place. I recommend Roman's. Trust me, I'm picky. Lol

They arrived when promised. They are friendly and professional in their approach. Completed measurement and gave their estimate. We had asked two other companies for estimates. We ended up going with a different company.

Sofa that was significantly cheaper here than another store. Salesman was excellent. Delivery experience great.

Over the past twenty years, I have bought furniture and had several of my rental properties carpeted by Roman Furniture. The standard of service, quality, and installation has always been excellent. More than once, I have suggested Roman Furniture to friends who always came back to me with glowing reports about the service they received.

Sam was very helpful in helping pick carpet and getting samples and described difference between nylon and polyester, etc. Their estimate was same as estimate at Home Despot. Service quality was excellent. Guys used the power stretcher without even being asked (you should always ask for that, by the way). Very satisfied.

Ed (Sweeney) and his guys are the best! Everything goes smoothly from the estimate to the finish! The work is better than I expected. The carpet feels so rich and comfy. I will definitely work with again in the future to replace the carpet in the rest of my house.

We had a very good experience with Roman. It went well from the point of sale all the way through the installation. Everything looks great. We have been very happy.

We went to the showroom and talked to Sam, he recommended a couple carpets. We took samples home, picked out our color and ordered the carpets. A couple weeks later the installers came and did a great job. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and courteous.

It was a little bit less convenient because I had to go to there location to look at their carpet selections. I like that it is an independently owned. They showed up on time, did good work and cleaned up after themselves. I would maybe consider using them again.

It was very good. They were a little slow because of the economy. The company they get there carpet from was running slow and there trucks weren't rolling like they should have been. In the end they did an excellent job. They had to cut the doors because the carpet wouldn't fit through them. There were 6 of them and they did 4 of them free of charge. They were reasonable as far as price is concerned.

Absolutely a pleasure from start to finish. Sam talked me through most of the issue but everyone was very helpful. (Call early because they do get busy.) Sam actually tried to caution me about getting such an expensive carpet for a tenant apartment but was happy to comply. When I inspected the installation I could not believe it, it was just a perfect fit into every corner of a somewhat awkward space. The apartment is transformed. When another contractor made a stain on the carpet, Sam promptly recommended a professional carpet cleaner who did the job quickly and at a very fair price.

They had good suggestions. They had a difficult space to carpet and they were very creative and helpful. They are a terrific company.

I called Sam and explained what needed to be done. Within 48 hours, a carpet installer was in my home and reinstalled my carpet. The installer was prompt, courteous, and did the work well. What is more reflective of a company's willingness to go the extra mile was that this company showed up and did the work. I called other firms on the list and in the Yellow Pages without success. If I had to purchase furniture or carpet again, I would return to this company.

We looked at several other national chain stores but are very glad we didn't go that route. It was clear from the start that the people at Roman's had built a business from the ground up and established a solid reputation in the process. They had a good selection and the salesperson was knowledgeable without being too opinionated. The only negative comment was that they didn't tell us that they would have to make a separate trip out to measure until after they made the sale. This caused us to have to take an extra day off work. Installation (father and son team) was done on time and with high standards. Great job.

Jim Lesser came out to give us an estimate on carpeting for 3 rooms. He never got back to me, I called several times and was told that he was on the road both times and still we have not heard from him. His partner assured me that he would take of it.

They didn't tell us anything! You have to go into their shop in order to get an estimate which was frustrating. He did not seem happy about coming and seemed like it was a last minute deal. He came with no samples. I will go in to see what they have though to give them a chance.

Sam LaPalombara and his team are experts in customer service. Per my request, scheduling two visits - one for removal and one for installation at a later date was no problem. His installation team is fantastic and the team leader has been with the company for over 20 years. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. All appointments were kept promptly, and the work was performed with a minimum of disruption to my household routine. Great experience.

GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL. THE WOMAN WHO WE FIRST ENCOUNTERED IN THE STORE WAS A LITTLE ABRASIVE AND DIDN'T REALLY ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS, BUT SHE HAD US TALK TO SAM, THE OWNER, WHO WAS GREAT. HE WILL MAKE YOU FEEL AT EASE AND WILL HONESTLY DO ANYTHING TO KEEP YOU SATISFIED AS A CUSTOMER. HE EVEN CALLED AFTER INSTALLATION TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WENT OKAY. THE GUYS WHO CAME OUT TO MEASURE AND INSTALL WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HARD-WORKING. THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON THE INSTALLATION-- UPHOLSTERED THE STAIRS FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE, AND HID THE SEAMS SO WELL YOU REALLY HAVE TO LOOK TO SEE THEM. THE PRICE ALSO INCLUDED PREMIUM PADDING (1/2 INCH THINK) AND MOVING ALL OUR FURNITURE OUT OF THE DEN.

SALES PERSONS WERE VERY HELPFUL. LOTS OF SAMPLES TO LOOK AT IN THE STORE. INSTALLERS DID A GREAT JOB.

SALES PEOPLE AND DELIVERY MEN WERE VERY POLITE. I HAVE ALSO, GOTTEN CARPET AND FURNITURE FROM THEM YEARS AGO.

GUYS AT THE STORE, AND THE DELIVERY GUYS, WERE ALL VERY PLEASANT AND WILLING TO HELP IN ANY WAY.
