Our insurance company required us to install a hand rail at our steps. We contacted several business with few replies. Mariano's was recommended by one of the people we contacted. I called Mariano's and spoke with Joe. He was friendly and helpful. He suggested I should be there for the estimate so we could discuss details and that I should call back to confirm the 6:00 PM appointment on the day of the appointment. When I called on the day of the appointment to confirm it, he said he had already visited the house and measured. Unfortunately, he measured the wrong steps. When I spoke with him last week, he suggested I call him today about a time; I told him I would be able to get home earlier in the afternoon. I called today to learn from his office that he decided to stay at the shore today and I should call back tomorrow. Well, I told them they can call me if they are interested. Nice guys. But, very unreliable small business.
