I WISH I HAD MORE HOUSES TO REMODEL JUST FOR THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH LOU. HE AND HIS CREW WERE ON TIME, ALWAYS COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT, FAIRLY TIDY, COMPETENT (DESPITE THE ANCIENT AND BIZARRE ELECTRICAL WIRING IN OUR HOUSE, AND THE BAFFLING HEATING DUCTS), EASY GOING, HONEST, VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR CALLS, AND REASONABLY PRICED (WE SHOPPED AROUND BEFORE CHOOSING HIM). WHENEVER WE WERE SURE WHAT WE WANTED, LOU FOUND A WAY TO DO IT. WHENEVER WE WEREN'T SURE, HE WORKED PATIENTLY WITH US TO FIGURE OUT THE BEST OPTIONS FOR OUR HOUSE. ALL SMALL ERRORS WERE CORRECTED PROMPTLY AND GRACIOUSLY WHEN WE BROUGHT THEM TO THE TEAM'S ATTENTION. THE ENTIRE SET OF PROJECTS TOOK ABOUT 4 MONTHS. DELAYS OCCURRED PARTLY BECAUSE OF OUR VACATIONS, BUT WHEN LOU'S TEAM HAD TO DELAY WORK, IT WAS USUALLY BECAUSE HIS VERY HIGH-IN-DEMAND ELECTRICIAN WASN'T QUITE AVAILABLE YET. BUT THE ELECTRICIAN'S WORK AND PEOPLE SKILLS WERE BOTH GREAT, SO WE DIDN'T MIND.

LOU DID A HUGE ADDITION A FEW YEARS AGO AND IS ALWAYS THERE FOR REPAIRS ALSO. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, GREAT PERSON.
