From day one...meeting Jim......I knew this was going to be a good experience. I felt comfortable with Jim and trusted him with this project and my money. My Husband and I had a terrible experience last year this time ....we contracted Paul Gabriel to do this same job and you can check out the review here in Angie's List......that man took our deposit for the deck and took off....with our money. Jim came out and gave us a fair estimate for the job and also a fair time frame. He immediately went to the township and got the required permits and began working. My deck is not completely finished yet but I could not wait to write him a great well deserved review. Jim said I will be sitting on my deck by the 4th of July and by the looks of things, even with this awful heat, and thunderstorms we have been having I believe I will be out there enjoying my new enclosed deck. I already have a couple more projects waiting for Jim when my deck is completed. Great Job so far Jim.....You do great work and you are really a trustworthy, hardworking, nice guy!!!!!! Can't thank you enough for making my dream deck come true!!!!! After the 4th of July I will get back on Angie's List and see if I can post pictures of my deck for all to see.
Well, as promised I wanted to add to this review after completion. As stated in the beginning of my review...Jim applied for my permits for my deck on June 4, and at that time he stated I would be on my deck on July 4th.....and that was true...I was able to sit out on my deck and enjoy watching fireworks in the sky....the exact completion date of my deck was July 13th...that is when Jim finished up with my screens. Jim from start to finish did everything and more than he had promised me....he made my dream deck a reality....actually everyone that has looked at it tells me I can not call it a and quot;deckand quot; but a sun room.....it is more than I had ever dreamed of. Jim sure made a bad experience I had last year with a contractor make me believe there are a lot of good honest people out there......and he is definitely at the top of that list. Hopefully anyone reading this and needs work done gives Jim a call.......I guarantee they will not be sorry. I already have a few other projects for Jim and I am just waiting for a start date from him.............Again......if you have a job to be done and want it done well........give Jim a call.You will not be sorry. Again Thank you Jim for a job well done.........you are the best!!!!!!!! I hope I can download pictures for all to see.
