Description of Work: Hayes Sewing is located at 4425 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE 19803. The service that I receive at Hayes Sewing is exceptional. They make me feel that I am very important and are able to give me the attention that I deserve. I purchased a new Babylock Embroidery Machine and it was ready to be picked up within 4 days. They helped me load my purchase into my van and they called to check that I got home safely. Before I left the store they told me how to thread the machine and how to get started, I felt confident in their instructions. I set up an appointment for instructions on how to use the machine for when I was ready to learn more about the machine. I will be going for my future instructions within the next two weeks, and I know that I can call them anytime (during business hours) and ask questions so that I don't get stuck. The entire staff is very knowledgeable about their machinery and all of their products. I never have a problem with Hayes Sewing.

 + -1 moreI TOOK MY SEWING MACHINE TO THEM TO BE REPAIRED WHEN THE BOBBIN WAS STUCK. IT COST MORE THAN I HAD EXPECTED, AROUND $75, BUT THE JOB WAS DONE WELL. IT WAS A LITTLE HARD TRACKING THEM DOWN ON THE PHONE TO FIGURE OUT WHEN THE REPAIR WAS DONE. THE MAN THAT DOES THE REPAIRS ISN'T THERE EVERY DAY, BUT THEY WERE ALWAYS POLITE AND EASY TO TALK TO.
