I TOOK MY SEWING MACHINE TO THEM TO BE REPAIRED WHEN THE BOBBIN WAS STUCK. IT COST MORE THAN I HAD EXPECTED, AROUND $75, BUT THE JOB WAS DONE WELL. IT WAS A LITTLE HARD TRACKING THEM DOWN ON THE PHONE TO FIGURE OUT WHEN THE REPAIR WAS DONE. THE MAN THAT DOES THE REPAIRS ISN'T THERE EVERY DAY, BUT THEY WERE ALWAYS POLITE AND EASY TO TALK TO.
