FIRST CHOICE HOME REMODELING

The bathroom in the basement is nice. They finished everything but the painting and the handles on the sink and the plastering. The bathroom upstairs; the tile looked nice, but there was a leak which had ruined the ceiling in the dining room underneath. He wanted to pull up the new tile bathroom floor to fix the leak, but I suggested they go through the ceiling because the ceiling was already damaged. The went through the ceiling and fixed the leak, but the tiler put the debris in the floor instead of throwing it away so when we cut open the ceiling to fix the leak, all the debris and water came tumbling down. They never fixed the ceiling. The main drain in the backyard was clogged because they rinsed their concrete and grout buckets out there without letting the water run for long enough and the concrete and grout dried in the pipes below the garage floor and I had to have the garage floor dug up and the pipes cut out and new pipes installed and the concrete floor re poured. It's about a 5x5 area. They hung the mirrors upside down. They hung the lights in the bathroom crooked. I asked him repeatedly to fix these mistakes, but they never would. I have already spent $3800 fixing damages caused by this remodeling company and I have much, much more work to do. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY TO CHANGE A LIGHTBULB!
