Express Clean

"Ms. [Member Name Removed] used our service on 1/23/15 her bill totaled $36.65 and her credit card settled on 2/15/15. She then used us again on 3/26/15 her bill totaled $34.45; her order was delivered within a week and her credit card was declined 5 different times; on 3/31/15, 4/15/15, 5/2/15, 5/18/15 and 6/1/15. Each time she was contacted and asked to update her credit card information but no reply ever came. Then on 6/10/15 she cave us another order which totaled $40.45. Her card was again declined on 6//11/15; her balance due was now $74.90, of which $34.45 was uncollected for over 2months. it was only at this point that we declined to deliver her cleaning. She then asked if she could make a partial payment, we again attempted to process her card for $65 (which was declined on 6/12/15) and then $60, also declined on 6/12/15. It was only at this point that we said we would only accept cash for her cleaning, and she would have to pick it up at our facility. We informed her that we were in our plant from 6a.m. until 5p.m. daily at that she could come whenever was convenient for her. We have been in business since 1992 and have never mandated that any customer use any one form of payment. We accept all credit cards, checks, cash and electronic payments and let each customer decide how they wish to pay. I don't know of any dry cleaner that release clothes with out payment, especially when you have balance outstanding for over 2 months."
