He is clearly experienced in all aspects of his trade. He also has the rare quality of listening to his clients needs; his manner was reassuring during each stage of the process. He was on time for our initial consultation, available on phone for follow up questions, and willing to work within my budget constraints. I have finally found a reputable business with an admirable work ethic. I love my new soaking tub and can't wait for my new toilet to be installed.

Our kitchen sink started leaking the day before my husband and I were to leave the country for one week. We didn't want to leave my mother at home with our children, dealing with the issue, and we have no dishwasher, so the sink gets used A LOT.  Carl returned my call quickly, and arrived that afternoon.

I had a great experience with them, they were on time and always very clean and professional.

I had a shower and 3 toilets replaced. I got estimates from $5000 to $9500 for the job. DiDonato gave me an estimate for $5450 and were very resonable. They did a great job and cleaned up after they were finished. Although there is no leak anywhere the acrylic shower base shakes a little bit so I have to take away 1 point for quality.

I had spoken to several other plumbers who, clearly, were uninterested in handling this job.  A few others gave me estimates, but all were out of our price range. When I spoke with Carl DiDonato, he understood immediately that this was a priority for us that needed to be researched and carried out in a timely way. He searched several sources, finally locating the appropriate hardware for this job.  His estimate was several hundred dollars under the other estimates we received. He was able to order the equipment and install  it in a most timely manner. He installed the new faucet and a new vanity that works as planned and looks great. I was pleased with the job in every way. We will definitely be repeat customers of DiDonato Mechanical.

Carl Di Donato was very responsive to phone calls and emails and was professional when providing the estimate and the day the repair services were performed. 
During the day of the service repair, Carl went right to work and didn't waste anytime.
Carl attempted to replace the old tub faucet with the tub faucet I purchased, but showed me that it would end up causing the same issue in a short period of time.  Carl had a tub faucet on-hand in his truck that he said he uses all of the time and did not adjust the over all cost.  The tub faucet works perfectly.
Carl did all of the repairs in under 2 hours.  I thought the work was done well and done quickly.  Based on my experience, I highly recommend Di Donato Mechanical for plumbing services.
