DeLuca Draperies

The project went extremely well...would use them again and recommend them to others. The project was started and completed in a timely manner (ahead of schedule). Measurements were taken (once) on the initial 'free' written estimate. Once the deposit was made the timeline of ordering the fabric to delivery and installation was explained in detail. Full instructions on what to expect and how to manage the newly installed drapes and sheers was explained at installation. Small issue with the new rods was handled with a mere swipe of WD-40. The contractors were very meticulous in assuring that the drapes and sheers were hung perfectly and the customer was satisfied. Once the initial work was completed, the contractors were helpful (patient) in answering a few questions about other types of window treatment projects that I might consider in the future.

Went well. Uneventful.

Mr DeLuca took measurements about 7 weeks prior to installation.  He told us we should expect delivery within 8 weeks and they arrived within this time.  We received a call to schedule a day for installation.  I don't work on Fridays so we scheduled for a Friday.  Mr. DeLuca's son and son-in-law arrived on time.  They were pleasant and professional.  They went right to work and the job was completed within a few hours. 

We had a slight problem that wasn't their fault.  We recently purchased a new entertainment cabinet and the height was slightly higher than when the window was measured.  We told them it was okay if we couldn't open the shutters but they wouldn't hear it.  They worked until the shutters were adjusted so that we could open them completely.

The transformation from curtains to shutters is amazing.  The shutters are real wood and they're a dark walnut.  I absolutely love these shutters!  I can't believe how different the room looks.  I'm so happy with these shutters and wish I could afford to have them on my other windows. 

I have to admit I was surprised how much they cost but after seeing how well made and beautiful they are I can honestly say they are worth every penny.  I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I love them. They did a very good job. This guy was available and had lots and lots of material. I didn't wait long. I have been pleased ever since. I really like the guy that installed them too. He was quick and accommodating. I was not inconvenienced at all. If I ever need more window treatments he will be the first person I call. He was patient, he did not show me the least bit of frustration and that he went through every book of material with me. He brought in seven books and went out to get more from his car.

They made the selection easier than I thought the process would be.  The curtains were finished exactly when they said they would be and were hung and steamed carefully.

It was a great experience all around.  Mr.DeLuca himself came to give the estimate.  He has been in the business many years and it shows both in his knowledge and professionalism.  He was very patient and allowed us to take our time deciding.  We were promised installation and delivery in about three weeks and that is exactly what occurred. 
The installers arrived on time and did an excellent job.  They even repaired the curtain rod in another room.  My television, dvd recorder and DirectTV satellite box are on a stand underneath the living room window where the new drape was installed. They tied up all the electrical wires so they wouldn't interfere with the new drape.
I plan to redo my dining room window treatment and my sister wants to get a curtain to go with her new shade.  I am definitely planning call DeLuca.

Turn around time was fast and installation went very well. Quality of work and materials installed was excellent. Would use again and recommend without hesitation. I consider the price reasonable given the size of the windows, variety and number of covers we chose, and the quality of the installation.

The blinds are beautiful.  Mr DiLuca called at 9am on the morning of October 18 and arranged to have the wooden blinds installed later that morning.
The men arrived at 11 as promised. They put the binds up and were finished by 12:30.

The men cleaned up after themselves and carried away all of the old materials that they removed. 
I would suggest this company to anyone wanting a perfect job. 

Mr DeLuca was a tremendous help as I am not really very secure making selections and deciding on what is the best direction to go in terms of what matches or what looks best. I am indecisive. He showed me many great suggestions and we determined the best selection of drapes for my four living and dining room windows.  Then we selected great shades for my family room. He said they would be ready in about 3 weeks.  Nineteen days later I got a call that the shades and drapes were in and ready to be installed as soon as I would be able to schedule. They arrived two days later and installed the drapes and five shades. The drapes are perfect. They are elegant and beautiful and just pull the entire living and dining room together. I love them. Every morning I come down the steps and I am so happy it is my living room and my dining room I am looking at! I admire my own house every day. I know it sounds nuts but I am crazy about the drapes.  The shades are great. They are colorful, bright and really warm the room up just as Mr DeLuca suggested and felt would work. They are great and allow for sun all day and privacy.  I cannot state enough positive things about this shopping experience. For many years i have passed this shop and never thought to go in. I am most pleased that i did and delighted with the results of this effort. Bravo!

They are good. They are professional. They care about their products. I was impressed with their work. I checked the stuffs myself. They were fine.
