I called Martin Appliance to get them to check my washer which smelled like it was burning. They had a cancellation so were able to get us in the same day! Curt arrived right on time. He took apart the washer and determined that the burning smell and noise were caused by a broken drum. He advised us it would make more sense to buy another since the cost of parts and service was high. He then determined the actual cost of the parts so we could make an informed decision.
We took the opportunity to query Curt about repair and reliability of new washers. He gave us his advice based on his repair experience. He then told us that Martin sold appliances and had some great prices. He also gave us a 30.00 discount coupon in case we chose to buy there. He put the washer back together for us and left. It was a quick visit, but he did all we needed.
I did online research and we went shopping that night. We did end up purchasing from Martin, and picked up a matching dryer as well. They turned out to have the best price on the brand and model we had chosen. Randy was our salesman and he was able to answer all our questions. I also appreciated that he was not pushy. I would not have looked at Martin w/out the suggestion from Curt since you had to sign up and email to get prices from their website. I am glad we took the time to stop by.
The appliances will be delivered Monday and the old washer taken away and disposed of at no extra cost. We have never purchased an appliance so quickly before. My husband and I are both pleased with the whole transaction.
As an added bonus we received an 80 dollar gift certificate to a furniture store they own.
I would definitely use them again for service, and check there before buying other appliances!

On 3/25, Mark showed up on time. It took about 45 minutes, as the entire over-the-stove unit had to be taken down. I had to assist, for which Martin Appliance gave us a discount. In addition to replacing the magnetron, he also replaced a high-capacity diode (included with the magnetron), which I wasn't expecting. Mark explained that when a magnetron fails, there could also be damage to the diode. No sense in having it work for a little while, then that fails, too. Made sense to me.
Absolutely no problems with the job Mark did. Thoroughly cleaned up after himself. Our microwave is in perfect working order now. The final bill was less than the quote, at $277.00, so I was very pleased with that and glad I had decided to fix it. A comparable new microwave I looked at was $400.00 installed. I will definitely use Martin Appliance again for my appliance needs.

The only problem I had was a miscommunication with the salesman. I have to fault him for not focusing on the details of installation of a microwave or taking an interest in the problem. Thus requiring two visits to the house. Aside from that every thing was smooth. I continue to expect to get good service from Martins.

I called, Martin came out. He spent a good amount of time explaining products. W I appreciated his honesty, time, price of, and knowledge of products. I booked him and he came out and did a good job with the installation. Everything that was installed is working well.

The first time in November 2012, Joe arrived on time, was pleasant, defrosted and fixed the refrigerator, and dealt with the manufacturer. I will certainly use this company again.
The July 2014 visit was to fix a manufacturers defect. He was very knowledgeable and had the right part. I was happy with what he knew, how he worked and very happy with the price.

They are very good. It was like their annual tune up of the system where they changed filters and changed the wipe off on the system that cleaned the germs in the water. . They test the water. They are very prompt, good, and professional.. They know what they are doing.

I think Martin's did a great job repairing my refrigerator. I am in the process of purchasing a new refrigerator from them as we speak.

The salesperson I had really didn't know much about the dishwashers they had on display, but then again, I had already done a lot of research so I was well informed and really didn't need him. The installers did a really good job and were very professional. If I have another appliance go bad, I'll certainly return to Martins!  Overall I'd say it went very well ...

They did come in and get right to work and were pleasant when they were here, but my dryer is still not working. We have not called them back since we are just getting a new dryer.

The delivery of these appliances were very prompt. We noticed that the door on the freezer wasn't closing very well and called them. Martin Appliance came out right away to look at it. Even though there was only a week or so left on the warranty, they offered to replace the freezer. I never had to ask! The price was a little high, but I know that quality isn't cheap. I highly recommend them.
