Moving
They moved us from Chesapeake to Dubois a year and a half ago. We left after a year and moved our items from storage in Dubois and from that move they cracked Lladro because they put them with books.
Their customer service is sub par and was not actually willing to pay us for the damages other than 20 cents on the pound. They also LOST half of our pool table (they legs and pool tables balls) and when we talked about getting money for the lost pool table items and they wouldn't even pay that up They didn't offer any more insurance that we would of taken advantage of that if they had.
After multiple maybe moves, this is the worst mover by far.
Be Aware! Do not use this company.
