Description of Work: Excellent. Very satisfied with their work. They were punctual and cleaned up at the end of each day. Very accommodating. Would definitely recommend them and use them again. |

+ 0 moreContractor originally stated work could be done in July, but did not get to us until September. However, weather was bad this year so that is understandable. Did not have good communication; I always had to leave several messages before I would get a return call. When he started the work everything seemed fine. However, despite the fact that I specifically mentioned that I needed a piece of trim on the front soffit as part of the job, they did not complete this task. It took the threat of witholding payment until he finished the job. Also, the estimate included a ridge vent that he never put in. Overall I would not use this contractor again.
Description of Work: Replace a roof and place new trim over a soffit piece. Enclose a metal chimny pipe.
