They were very sloppy in the way they handled the rugs. There was still a lot of dirt on them and it really didn't look like they did anything. They insisted we give them a key initially and never told us they would destroy it in the end. When they finished we asked for it back and they said they destroyed it. The cabinets were badly cleaned as well.
