PODS Moving and Storage

The companys customer service and scheduling were great but when they show up to drop off the pod you had better have double the space they require and it had better be flat and paved. I moved locally and I live in the mountains of NE Pennsylvania. The driver had trouble dropping off my pod because I needed it sideways which the office told me was fine but the driver had to put it caddy corner sticking into the street which I got fined for. Then they picked it up. A week later when they were supposed to drop it off the driver wouldn't come down our new driveway because it had a very shallow decline at the beginning and it had snowed 4 days before even though I shovelled, salted, and even offered to put sand down. This was a very long gravel drive. The driver told me the company is not prepared to operate anywhere but warm and flat. The company won't even give the drivers chains to help. I had to reschedule for another day and use a neighbors driveway. The scheduling people and the website are great but the service is bad unless you meet the ideal conditions.

The website, customer service, and delivery/pick-up all went without a hitch.All people were pleasant, courteous and punctual.
