I would use no one but Perez for my home projects. I have used them 4 times. Roofing, deck and major interior renovation. Their staff is friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. Their workmanship is second to none and they guarantee their work. They provide you with a schedule and stick to it. I highly recommend them.

We just used Perez, LLC for the 2nd time. We would not consider using another company. They are a pleasure to work with. They communicate before and throughout the job. Their work is meticulous. They do what they promise and don't leave until the job is completed to the owner's satisfaction. There are no surprises and they fully stand behind their work. We cannot recommend them enough.

The process from start to finish was amazing. Our salesman, Chris, worked with us to determine our needs. He put us in touch with Honesdale National Bank, who helped us get our dream kitchen financed! We got to see a 3D picture of what our renovations would look like when finished, which really finalized our decision. We met with Tracy to help us make choices and design our interiors, she was extremely helpful; and David who helped us decide on our cabinets. The project manager, Jason, and his team were, by far, the best! Jason kept us informed along the way, was never bothered when we had questions, and made sure everything was completed as we expected. Jason's team was very much focused on the details: Mike, who seems to do everything; Lou - the painter, Ron - the tiler; the electrician and plumber (who's names I don't recall), the countertops are beautiful! The exterior work was just as good, it's like a completely new home! We would definitely recommend Perez, and not consider anyone else if/when we decide on another home project!
