We worked directly with Rick Florey (owner). He was very patient and kind. He spent a lot of time with us working on the design. We had many revisions to the blue prints until we came up with our final plan. Rick stayed with us throughout the entire process and kept the project on track. He helped us to determine a budget and stay within it. I must say, we did underestimate on some of the allowance costs (i.e., flooring, lighting). I am very happy with the overall outcome. We had a small punch out list when the home was finished and Rick was very attentive in getting everything finished and working properly.
