I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Since it was late on a Sunday night he came out within a half an hour. He was able to stop the major leak from the hole in one of the nipples of the steam boiler system to get heat back on. We scheduled a second appointment for him to come back and complete the rest of the repairs that were not urgent before they caused us to lose heat again. Both times he was incredibly efficient and reasonably priced. I have recommended him to multiple family members already because of the quality and fairness in his pricing and work.
