We called POGO about our washing machine on Saturday morning. They asked questions about the machine, made a diagnosis, gave us a quote and set up an appointment for Monday morning. On Monday morning the repairman called and said he would be a little late. He arrived about 50 minutes later than scheduled, but had the repair done in less than 10 minutes. It was exactly what had been diagnosed. The repairman was professional, polite (he called us Mr. and Mrs.), and courteous (he removed his wet shoes when he came in the door). The bill was $10 less than the quote.
