Everything went smoothly until one item was found defective that was not noted earlier. We had to go get an additional part to complete the job. The overall process was relatively easy and was completed successfully.

I had initially called to have one ceiling light fixture replaced. Dick advised me that if I had more electric work to do that it would be more cost effective since it would only take a few minutes to replace the fixture. We took that to heart and looked for more work around the house. About a month later, we called back to schedule the service visit and left a message. After several weeks I realized that my call was either not received or forgotten about so I called back. They came to install the lights the same week. The service techs were friendly and did a great job. Everything is working well and we are very pleased.

Dick was very professional. He gave a fair estimate and promptly came out to get things done. The day he did the job, I didn't even see him; He was in and out by the time I returned home from work.
