Voss TV Appliance & Bedding

Bought a floor model Kitchen Aid wine/beverage cooler two years ago from Voss. It was missing a shelf but Voss promised to have it sent in the mail. I’ve called to complain several times, but no shelf ever arrived. I like to support local business but this is not acceptable. I spent a lot of money on a wine cooler and assumed Voss would make good on its promise to provide the missing shelf. I have a file of all the times I’ve called to be told the shelf is in the mail…already ordered. Nothing ever arrived. Over the years we have bought a range, dishwashers, microwaves, range hood, etc from Voss. They’ve been our go to local appliance business. They will be no longer. Won’t be returning to Voss.

I purchased a stainless steel fridge, oven, and microwave to update my kitchen. As I purchased the fridge I understood it did not include an icemaker and had to order one separately, which I did and it did not come with my order once delivered. My fridge came damaged, the back grate plate was bent up. I made several phone calls and emails, they told me a replacement grate would be sent to my house. My order came in Oct 2021, followed up with part in Dec 2021which was never delivered yet. I recently called April 2022 to check on the status, I was told he would have to track it and stated to me "the showroom was busy and he was needed out there ".... wow!! What happened to customer satisfaction??? I spent a pretty penny there, apparently they don't care because they got their money. Not to mention the ice maker model they stated was compatible for the fridge wasn't and currently there is no ice maker even available for the fridge yet!!! If I would've known this I would not have purchased this fridge!! After multiple calls to the company they would not replace my fridge with one that has an ice maker. This company thoroughly disgusts me!!! I do not recommend this place, they have the worst customer service.

E OF SERVICE.  ..WHEN WE CALLED FOR SERVICE THEY CAME THAT MORNING. WE WERE FRUTRATED BECAUSE WE WANTED TO WATCH THE POPE.    WE  WHERE GIVEN THE OPTION TO REPAIR A 4 YR. OLD PLASMA TV. WE DECIDED TO BUY ANEW ONE..  NOT ONLY DID WE PICK OUT A NEW ON ,  RICK CAME PERSONALLY AND SET IT UP THAT AFTERNOON.    WE WILL CONTINUE BUYING OUR TVS AND APPLIANCES BECAUSE OF THIS.TYPE SERVICE.      THANKS RICK PATTY AND G****

The washer went in without a hitch. The disposal was the wrong size (my bad) and they went without any complaint back to the store, picked out a different one and installed it immediately.
