Torry was very responsive. I called and we set an appointment for the next day. He came to the house and he determined that the reason for all my computer problems was that it had a virus. I kinda knew that ,but he confirmed it. He took the computer and returned it promptly all fixed in two days. Very nice person, very pleasant.
