I actually dumped them.  I was initially fine with them when I was purchasing a house in 2008.  When you see a house and if it’s a nice one, you want to grab it.  They were just not aggressive.  They were way too laid back and couldn’t get in touch with people.  I don’t know what was wrong and I think two sisters run this business.  They were just not very attentive.  So I actually let them go and I went through someone else to buy the house.  Jefferson’s did not charge me anything for their services.  I will absolutely not use their services again in the future.

I like that they are small and local and they know the local market. Because they are local, they have stake in doing a good job. Patty went out of her way to sell the house and to help me with everything and gave me advice. There was a lot of packing and she sent her two teenage daughters to help me out. They are familiar with everything from Pleasant Hill to West Midland and they know what will go and what has gone before. I feel that they did right by me. I've moved several times before and this is the first time I haven't cursed the broker. They want to sell houses but they also want to keep the quality of life high in the area.
