jefferson hills lawn equipment is by far one of the nicest dealerships do you work with, they are family oriented and really take their time to help out the customer. as soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked can I help you with something sir, I said yes I'm looking for someone equipment right away they said no problem we will have one of our experts come down and help you within the minute. seconds went by and a gentleman named Tom came out to help me find what I needed. this place was fantastic they didn't sell me on anything they tailor the equipment to what my needs were going to be and kept everything in my price range. by far one of the best landscape and equipment dealerships around I will continue to give them all my business.

Jefferson Hills lawn repair took my mower in and came to the conclusion that it wasn' repairable for a reasonable price. When I asked what the charge was, the techician said "no charge". We will keep it and use it for parts. Very nice and very polite! The owner is really a nice man and I am sure he would be fair with you in any situation. I buy my parts there and would buy my mowers there but his prices are a little high. I really wish we could do business!

Each year it is the same run around - I call, they promise to pick up the tractor and then don't as promised. When they finally pick it up, it takes forever to get it back. Promises promises but no delivery. Last spring it came back with a wire hanging loose which was obvious. This year after waiting twice now for the promised pick up for spring service, I finally gave up and called another company. They will come to my home and service the tractor on the spot. No waiting for pick up and delivery. And the price was a lot less. I spent nothing with Jefferson this year, but last year approximately $285.00 for service and pickup and delivery. I wanted to give my business to a local independent merchant, but this is over the top.

THE WORK DONE WAS OF GOOD QUALITY. I DID TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED FOR THE REPAIR. THEY DID NOT CALL WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. HARD TO PIN DOWN FOR A FINISH DATE.
