They were all polite and very good. It was the fault of the water company, but Mr. Carr was very good about helping me and letting me make payments back to him for what the water company didn't cover. They did a wonderful.

Tech and helper were excellent and polite.
We were quoted a price but invoice had a service charge of $55 and we were charged for the help at full rate. I complained and left 2 messages with no response. My wife talked me into paying the bill when a second one showed up in the mail. We sent a letter with our check for the full amount agin with no response.
Will not use them again.

Jim Carr's group is great!. I have used him twice before. He is professional, personable, knows what he is doing and does it well. I would recommend him without condition for any plumbing work.

In every case, I was very satisfied. In particular, one dripping faucet in the shower was brought to their attention. The faucets dripped very rapidly only when the shower was on. I asked for it to be repaired. Jim Carr told me that it was a waste of money as it was an old fixture and he would have to remove the tiles and do a major job. He said that there was no sign of dripping when the shower was off so I should not go to the expense. I really appreciate this honesty, when it loses money for the company! In the latest series of jobs (there were several things repaired at one time), I explained that my washer was being ruined by the fact that it sat on a drain and the floor was so slanted that it would shake violently every time I used it. I didn't think that this was plumbing but asked for advice. Jim gave me some options, one of which was that they could build a platform for the two (washer and drier) of concrete. I said to go ahead. Although the entire job was somewhat pricey ($500), I really think it was an excellent idea. Whereas my washer would shake literally everytime it was run, regardless of how much was loaded, it hasn't even moved since the job was done. Given that my previous washer was destroyed by this, I think it was a savings in the long run. All of my other jobs were similarly professionally done, and with prompt service.

THE OWNER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH AND COURTEOUS IN COMPLETING THE TWO IN-HOUSE PLUMBING JOBS. HOWEVER, I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT HE SUBSEQUENTLY IGNORED HIS PROMISE TO DO ONE ADDITIONAL JOB, AND FAILED TO RETURN MY SUBSEQUENT PHONE CALLS.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND WERE ABLE TO DO INSTALLATION WITHIN 2 DAYS OF BEING CALLED.
