 + -1 moreThis has to be the worst work ever done for us. Very rude to our family while doing the work and acted like it was his house. The siding is buckling already and water is leaking through the siding, which is making the OSB board wet all the way to the inside of the house. None of the stud walls are 16 inch on center. Stud walls were not tied in correctly at the corners. Roof leaked once in a spot and we had to fix it ourselves. When we called John about the leaks and the siding he came out and told us that the water inside was from humidity and that was what was causing the siding to buckle. Give me a break! The siding was also nailed through the OSB and not into the studs allowing water to penetrate the wood. Plus no house wrap (Tyvek) was used under the siding. This is why we have to give John an F. Poor craftsmanship and customer service. Will not let this guy near our house again!!
Description of Work: We had the roof removed on our Cape Cod style house and had a dormer built on the back side. New roofing material was installed on both sides of the roof and siding installed on the dormer. Also had a few interior walls built on the dormer side of the house.
