The company never responded to scheduling request, and based on the last two reviews this company had received, the company didn't reply to theirs too. So, either the company had gone bankrupt or the proprietor had passed away. Hence, no service nor correspondence whatsoever. -Will

Excellent quality of work, including clean up of two trees removed including stump removal on one. Save me a bunch as compared to other estimates received.

My neighbor was able to do the work for us cheaper.

I purchased the deal about 8 days ago and still have not heard from the company.

I have left multiple messages and no one got back to me.

Due to this company being unresponsive, I was not able to set up an appointment.

Promp, very curteous, excelent communication as the job progressed, very detailed proposal and contract. outstanding clean up after the job. Showed geat care as the trees borderedtheneighbors ard, I'd hire againin aminute. A fair and honest person, .with good workers who showed detail for their work.

Gene was on time and very professional. Left yard and worksite extremely clean. Driveway was very tidy--no bark or wood from the trees! Very good prices and very nice to work with!

He and his crew did an outstanding job! They worked all day, and smoothed out the dirt once they dug out the bushes. They are prompt, and Gene got back to me the same day that I called him. He is very accommodating, and an extremely hard worker. He takes pride in his work. In fact, my father-in-law is hiring him to take down one of his trees!

Gene and his crew worked long days to finish job in a timely manner. His prices were below competition and he made sure we were completely satisfied with his work. We would highly recommend Gene's Tree and Landscaping Service LLC.

Gene was prompt with returning my call and setting up the estimate. My only complaint is that he was scheduled to come on a Monday and did not show up - I had to wait around all day to wonder if he was going to come and left a couple of messages throughout the day. I finally received a call back at the end of the day to be informed that they did not show up because it was raining in their area (had no rain at my house all day). A phone call earlier in the day would have been nice. I was told they would be coming the following day. Gene and another worker did show up to do the work the following day. Gene walked me through what he was going to do before starting the work to make sure we were on the same page. This was a very long and cumbersome job, they worked pretty much non-stop for 5 hours straight to get the job done. I was especially impressed with how throughly they cleaned up all the debris before they left. We had over 250 feet of shrubs to be trimmed and they trimmed about 5 feet off of the top of each off them and managed to make them all look even. The work was excellent. My only complaint was that a phone call would have been nice the day before to let me know that they would not be coming and needed to reschedule.

He is excellent. I have absolutely no complaints. He did as he said he would, and he cleaned up and hauled everything away upon completing the job. He trimmed and shaped three ornamental trees for us this past spring-we were very pleased. I hired him to trim my mom's two big trees-again, very pleased with his work. I recommended him to my brother-he hired him to remove two tress and dig out the stumps. My brother is very pleased, also. I would definitely hire him again-he is reliable. I should mention that I got his name from my in-laws; they hired him this past spring to remove a cherry tree in their yard. If they liked him, I knew he was good!
