He was excellent. He was responsive and came the day after I called him. He was also very nice and pleasant.

Setting the appointment was efficient and the staff friendly. When the date came to perform the service, the driver was about 45 minutes late due to the weather. When he arrived, he quickly performed the service, and proactively gave me a discount (only charged for six boxes) even though it was not his fault the weather made him late. I was impressed with this service (price and quality), and will definitely recommend and use again for my shredding needs in the future.

This company did a great job.
I selected them based on their high marks in Angie's List.
Their office manager was easy to work with and very flexible to schedule an appointment (I had to change the date once).
They set a convenient time (based on my needs) and the driver, Steve, showed up a few minutes early (and politely apologized.) which did not pose a problem for me.
He set up the truck (took five minutes) and shredded five large boxes in about 10 minutes.
The truck has a closed-circuit TV so you can watch your papers being shredded.
They gave me a bill on the spot and I called the office an hour later and paid by credit card over the phone.
Overall, a very easy and customer-friendly experience.

Steve was great. He came in, transferred all paper from boxes to bin, showed us how the truck worked, and he was on his way. 15 minutes. $6/per box and $60 truck fee in Philly. Easy as pie.

It worked out well. Everything went really well.

He got here right on time with a huge truck.
The cost is $50. for the truck and $5.00 per box. He wheels up a canister empties your boxes of paper into the canister. wheels that over to the truck puts it in the shredder and starts the machine you can watch all your documents get shredded up. He removes all the boxes for recycling.
Very pleasant and efficient
I would recommend this company for a secure and fast way to get rid of your documents.

We have accumulated a moderate amount of paper documents and records
that we wanted to shred in a secure manner. There was too much to do it
with our home shredder. We contacted Jand K Secure Shredding, and the
nice person on the phone explained about the method of onsite shredding
and reviewed their fees. We subsequently scheduled an appointment for
the following week. The large Jand K truck showed up at the time
promised. Steve was friendly and professional. He transferred our
documents to a large container, and it was then mechanically loaded into
the shredder in the truck. We were able to watch the actual shredding
on video. At the completion of the process Steve gave us a and quot;certificate
of secure destructionand quot; of our documents. The whole experience was a
positive one. We are very happy with the service offered by Jand K,
will use them again, and highly recommend them.

There was courteous telephone information and booking. The truck arrived the next day, and Carmen Iuliano and helper handled all 19 boxes in a highly professional and pleasant manner. Shredding was done on site, with certificate of destruction provided at once. (Cardboard cartons could not be shredded). I awarded a B on price, but I do not know that anyone else would be lower, and I do think it is fair value.

They were very courteous and patient with us on the phone, especially since there was an issue with the fax that caused some difficulties and several call backs. They showed up on time, and we were very happy with the results. We will use them again.
