After comparing pricing and availability from several stores, we purchased our new washer and dryer from CK Seidman in Chester, PA. The price at Seidman's (comparing identical products) was $200 lower than either Best Buy or Home Depot. In addition, Seidman's was able to install both items on the very next day following our purchase. (The waiting time at Home Depot was 3 weeks). The installers arrived on time and had both appliances loaded and installed in just a bit over 1 hour. We were exptremely pleased with the entire experience.

After it was delivered I found that there was a dent in the lid. I went over there and talked to Hugh. He offered to reimburse me $25.00 and I agreed. I have gone back three times now and he keeps giving excuses as to why the girls haven't given me a check. This has been 10 months now and I am still getting a run around. I want them to be professional and issue me my check.
