I can't really rate on quality because we haven't had a heavy rain or snow however from what I could see which was a new white alum downspout , it looked great to me. Very happy with the price one company wanted to charge me $5,000! Everything was convenient I didn't have to be home when he did the estimate or did the job . When work was done he mailed the invoice to me and I mailed payment back to company . I would use them and again in the future.

They 2 guys showed up 7:30 and were done at 12:00 PM.

AA West was low bidder, but provided excellent service. Removed three layers of old roof, which was more difficult that expected. Put in new copper pans and flashing, repaired damaged wood in entrance way, installed new cedar siding on family room entrance, installed new 50 year shingle roof and gutters. Amazingly responsive to phone calls. Delivered everything in contract at agreed price plus several extras which were very fairly priced. Daily clean up was immaculate. Communicated well about plans. No surprises.

They were honest about what needed to be done. Rather than trying to replace my entire roof they only fixed what was necessary. They were very nice and the quality of the work was great. They got the work done in a short amount of time. I would definitely use them again.

I am a very satisfied customer

I have 3 houses and my roofs are done by them. The gentleman is very nice. He has been working with my family for years and has just completed a roof. We have 3 houses and they have worked on all the 3 roofs. My family has used them for years. So whenever there is roofing to be done we do it. If we have a leak or whatever, they are there within a few hours. The service is good and the gentleman is pleasant. I don't remember his name. The price is reasonable. They are the only ones we use for roofs. They are neat. They clean up after themselves. I haven't had any problems with them at all.

I asked him how he prepared the bill and he drove down to explain everything. It was an insurance claim and a little paid by me as he did more than what the insurance would cover me for. He is very professional and very competent. I liked his services and will use the same in future.

This is an exceptionally honest, reliable, and good firm. They came recommended; they responded quickly and politely to my call; they gave a reasonable estimate; they performed the work during the two-day window promised; they've stood behind it.

The job went very well. Since it was a smaller job they had to fit it in when they could but did an excellent job in addressing the leaks around the chimney. It was the co-owner of the company, John, who did the work and I thought it was very well done.

The owners were very responsive. The one thing I didn't like is that they came and started the job and then left and had to come back to finish. Their summer help did some damage to the side of the house when they threw the roofing material off the house. The roof is good quality and they were very fast to come repair the problems. The price was very reasonable.
