WATKINS MADE THREE SEPARATE DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS BEFORE THEY ACTUALLY GOT THE TABLE HERE. THEY DID NOT CALL TO RESCHEDULE, I HAD TO DO THAT. THE DRIVER COULD NOT FIND MY HOUSE EVEN THOUGH HE CALLED FROM 2 HOUSES AWAY, THEN TOOK 15 MINUTES TO RETURN. HE THEN DID $2,000 WORTH OF DAMAGE TO A TREE ON OUR PROPERTY. I GAVE A D ON QUALITY RATHER THAN AN F BECAUSE THE TABLE AND CHAIRS WERE INTACT.
