WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE

We moved back to PA in 2003 and decided on Wells Fargo because we had had our former mortgage with them when we lived in Illinois. I liked the fact that they were very responsive on the phone when I was trying to decide which mortgage company to go with. I really like their website and the ease of making payments and receiving statements on-line.

So far, Wells Fargo seems to be okay. I'm not sure they surpass an average mark. They do a good job of taking my money each month and requesting that I send them checks all the time so I guess they are good at that. I think that they are a larger company so you are going to get less personal care with them. It always depends on who you are dealing with over there. I am interested to see how we make out with them long term actually. To date, we have no major problems to report but time will tell more than anything.

I m kind of neither here nor there with this company. They do what they are supposed to and they will work with you I think more than some other companies to ensure you are getting a mortgage that you feel pretty decent about. They are a larger organization so it all depends on who you are dealing with specifically from what I gathered. I would not call them superior but I would call them pretty good. I think that they will take the time to make sure paperwork is correct and that everything is lining up properly if you use them for your mortgage and that is what was most important to me in the long run.

I had no problematic issues dealing with Wells Fargo. I have used them in the past when we lived in other areas. I think they are professional, punctual and they have been in existence for a while. This enables consumers like myself to know they are dealing with a company that has been around the block a few times. That can be comforting in and of itself.

SECOND TIME WE'VE USED THEM. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS GIVE YOU A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING ON WHAT IS HAPPENING AT ALL TIMES.
