Klein Plumbing LLC

I have used Klein plumbing for several jobs in my current home as well as my last house. their work has been excellent on every occasion. We have used their company for a new air conditioner, back-up sump pumps, a repair of a broken sewer line and two water heaters. Each time, Mr Klein and his team explained every aspect of our new equipment and each was optimized for the most performance. All work areas were cleaner than when the team arrived and my wife and I feel very comfortable having them in our house when we are not home. I will absolutely hire them again

Keith Klein is a consummate professional who works through each job with care and precision. In some cases, it was necessary to solve tricky problems related to plumbing in a 1920s house. In each instance, the work was done in an exemplary fashion.

I had the work done right away and they made it easy to pay by credit card.

Very professional.  Came for the estimate and was very thorough on explaining what needed to be done and what the problems were.  Scheduled only a week out to do the work.  Came on time and were very clean as well even though it was a rainy day and they were in and out of the house.  They even took down a piece of our deck that was in the way and replaced it back in place, probably better than it was before.  We're going to use them for more HVAC work needed on the ducts later on because they made us very comfortable and were very professional.  Got quotes from 3 companies before going with Klein.  Their quote was a little pricier but the units they were putting in were higher quality.  Not builder grade units.

They are quick to respond to calls and set up appointments. They arrive on time, perform quality work and are very reasonable in price.

Of course being a worry-wart, right before the holidays and prepping for a January 6 demo date, I was extremely stressed out. What made things worse is that I'm a near perfectionist, and can be hard to please. It went absolutely fantastic! Ken Klein and staff are top-notch. I found all, from the office to the guys in the field, extremely professional and helpful. Ken Klein plumbing made it a no-muss, no-fuss job - the kind I *love*. A great experience!

I'm extremely surprised that Angie's List members haven't discovered my wonderful gem of a contractor. I was hesitant to post this review knowing Ken Klein plumbing could be overwhelmed with more business. Trust me, I don't think they needed my positive review here as they must have many, many repeat customers. I know we've become a repeat customer after this first interaction. He's been our go-to-guy for all our heating and plumbing needs since 12/13. Each experience has been wonderful. As I said earlier, I'm not sure I wanted to 'share' them.
