I have used this repair shop for the last ten years and recommended it to many friends. They are trustworthy and skilled. They do quality work with no surprises. They call for permission before doing any expensive work. Their repairs last. My cars are dependable because of the sound work they have done. A great find.

Bob has serviced all of my cars ( I currently own three) since he acquired the business in the early 2000's and I recommend him highly. He is honest, competent, and charges reasonable prices for his work. Quite simply, he is the best. If you take your car to him, you will not be sorry.

They are located very close to where we live. They are very responsive and do pretty good work. They are like a family home garage, so they don't have a lot of employees. If it's not an emergency we would have to wait for a week. I don't have a problem waiting. They take good care of my car. My experience with them has been pretty good. The owner makes calls to keep me informed. They listen to me and do everything that they're supposed to do. They give me a detailed invoice of what they have done, what was replaced and so forth. It's pretty transparent.

We have been taking our cars (there were 4 at one time!) to Bob's Village Auto for years (over 10!). Bob, and his staff are wonderful. Since Village Auto is located only a few blocks from our home, it is absolutely convenient but what keeps us coming back is Bob's excellent service! Good mechanics are hard to find so we feel fortunate to have Bob so close. We bought a used car for our daughter who was in HS at the time - the car was 14 years old when we purchased it. We had that car for about 6 years and I credit Bob for keeping it running great all that time! He is conscious of budgets and will warn us if he thinks we have any costly repairs coming due (timing belt, etc) so we can plan ahead. I can't imagine going anywhere else for service.
