The light has not worked since he left my property. He promised a 2-year warranty on his labor. I contacted him after the light failed to work. He promised to return. Now he is ghosting me. It's been over a month.

Mr. Meissner performed all work with professionalism and diligence making certain all safety precautions and appropriate equipment (properly secured fan rated light boxes etc.) were employed. He was highly flexible in scheduling and made himself more available for projects than any other contractor I have used. I would certainly recommend Meissner Electric as so many users on Home Depot's Pro Referral have.
