Hardscape Solutions

I contacted Hardscape Solutions to set up a visit for an estimate on a concrete patio or possible stone patio, Hardscape Solution canceled the appointment at the last minute. We set up a second appointment. On the day of the second appointment, Hardscape Solutions called to say the person would be late. Approximately 1 hour passed, so I called and got voicemail and left a message. I called again after 30 minutes and left a voicemail. I called a third time with no answer. No one showed or called to say they were not going to make the appointment. I called the next day and left another voicemail. Hardscape Solutions never returned my call - even their ad says, “Phone Calls are Always Returned." I understand that appointments may need to be rescheduled, but I found their behavior very unprofessional, and it would have been a very lucrative job.
