The project went well, they were in and out in 2 days.  They had to patch areas were a wall was removed and plaster over different textures from two different rooms.  Fanala's were recommended to me by my contractor to create a finish and professional look to my kitchen renovation. It was money I was not expecting to spend, but WAS WELL WORTH IT.  It makes the final kitchen renovation look complete and perfect!!!  Thank you!!

I have used Fanala Plastering several times, and each time the work is completed in a timely and professional manor.
Most recently, Fanala Plastering replaced a damaged portion of a wall and ceiling. As usual, the work space was left clean after the repair and it looks great.
I will continue to use Fanala Plastering in the future!

I cant say enough about the quality of the workmanship and the positive overall experience of working with George!  I was the owner/builder of my home and without question, working with George was the easiest and most pleasurable part of the entire building experience! 



This is simply due to George's desire and willingness to provide whatever it took to give me the finished product I wanted.  I found him to be dependable, reliable, timely, honest and was I was constantly surprised by the quality of his workmanship and the extra attention to every detail he gave form the amazing ceiling drop-down center pieces to the elaborate ceiling designs which are around each light fixture or ceiling fan.  



George provided examples of a number of finishes on a wall of my house so I could choose which one to use where.  He incorporated a variety of finishes from smooth to textured to skip-trowel etc. and I couldn't have been more pleased.  And his advice on which designs and finishes to use were and why was invaluable.  



Also I found he is a man of his word, in honoring his contract and his work-guarantee.  An example is that a year after the house was completed, another contractor had to cut into a wall in several areas to install bracing for addition I was having constructed.   And  although making these repairs were not Georges responsibility, he stepped in and made flawless repairs free-of-charge! 



To this day, I receive complements on his workmanship where the ceiling just "glow" and "shimmer" in the sunlight and after years, there hasn't been a single crack occur throughout the houses many intricate angles and 2 story great room and cantilevered walkway!



Lastly, he protected hardwood banisters and staircase to avoid any damage and at the conclusion of the job, cleaned the work area to where you wouldn't know he was there!



In short, if you choose another plaster, you wont be getting the best and at the best price.  Nor will the experience be hassle free and enjoyable.  It was such a pleasure to be "surprised" by his exceeding my expectations as opposed to just meeting them!

We removed a wall to make the living room larger.  George and his son Rick plastered and blended the ceiling between two rooms.  He also added a design on the ceiling around the light fixture.  He showed up on time (even with bad weather), was extremely neat and was finished in one day.  I will be using him again in March to do a Kitchen/Dining room renovation.  His skill is a lost art and I am glad my contractor referred him to me!

George and his son Richard were prompt when they came to give us an estimate and also when they arrived to do the work.  They worked quickly and efficiently, and actually did more than we hired them to do in that they patched all the cracks on the ceiling (which were numerous) at no extra charge.  They even pushed a car out of the garage so they could begin their work because (unbeknownst to us) the battery was dead.  When they were finished, the garage was cleaner than is was when they arrived.  Everything that they needed to move (steel shelving, etc.) to complete the work was replaced exactly where it had been when they were finished.  Overall, their work was excellent in every way.  They were friendly, courteous, and respectful.  We were somewhat apprehensive because we didn't know anyone who had used Fanana Plastering, and we had previously had a bad experience with a plasterer who was incompetent.  But all our fears were unfounded.  It was one of the best experiences we've ever had with a contractor.  We will never use anyone else for plaster work unless the Fanalas close down their business.

They were as clean as can be.  You couldn't even tell they were there after they'd left.  They were fast, courteous, and even followed up to make sure we were happy with the work.  He even sanded it down a little to make sure it was ready to be painted.
