+ -1 moreIt was good. U-Haul's ability to serve customers really depending on who is in the office. If you are dealing with the owner directly then you have a little attitude. If you are dealing with a subordinate, they may not understand the system well enough or the same flexibility. The best part about them, is they are every where, so availability.
Description of Work: I used a u haul trailer for moving.
