Travis was very accommodating with my day job work schedule and the realtor. His concern was me, his client. He wanted to be sure I got what I paid for and YES I did! I received a 49 single page detailed Home Inspection Report. I received a 2 page Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report. He coordinated pick up of the Radon Test with the Realtor and sent me a 2 page report. I was very impressed with his professionalism, customer service, expertise and honesty. He was patient and spent time with me at the property going thru each and point that would be on the report.
